Returns

We want you to love our products, but understand if you didn’t enjoy the style you received. Please send your request to support@nailuxe.ca within 15 business days of receiving your order.

To expedite your return request, please follow these steps: 

Please send your request to support@nailuxe.ca with the subject line “RETURN REQUEST: [your_order_number]”

In the email, please include the:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Condition of the item
  • Photos of the item

Our support team will review the request and will contact you with further instructions.

Please note that due to the sanitary nature of our products, only unused and unopened items in its original packaging can be returned. Used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Nailuxe is not be responsible for reimbursing any shipping fees. After the return request is approved, please provide us with a tracking number as we do not assume responsibility for delayed or lost packages. We do not conduct exchanges. All sale items will be final sale.
